The service was impeccable. It started with the man who took my phone call to schedule an appointment. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. On the day of my appointment, they were ready for me when I arrived and asked if I required any services I had not yet arranged. Not knowing this was a full-service operation, I was planning to go to two other places that day to have the oil changed and a "leaky tire" examined. I told the gentleman about those two projects, and Midas was able to do them, too. Then they got to work. First, they took time to do a thorough inspection, after which they recommended two new air filters. I had not replaced those in years, so I was grateful for the suggestion. Second, they did not talk over my head or talk down to me. Third, the man doing the inspection saw a nail in the leaky tire and was able to repair it. I could imagine other places trying to convince me that I needed not just one new tire but four new tires, because, "Well, ma'am, you can't do one without doing all of them." That did not happen. Just had an awesome experience at Midas and had to share. Shawn took care of everything and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Super friendly, honest, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense—no pressure, no upselling, just great service. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my car is running perfectly. It’s hard to find places you can really trust, but this is definitely one of them. My tire pressure was 11 when I was leaving for an appointment. I got my car to Midas in Middletown and Josh took care of me right away! The service and the friendliness were unmatched. I would highly recommend.

The guys at Midas couldn’t have been sweeter. I’m a college student who needed some help with a simple fix and they immediately brought my car in after I walked in and fixed it in minutes. Cannot recommend Luis and Shawn enough they made my week.
